NDIS Participants
As per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2024-2025 guide, under the line-item Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training – Psychologist/Early Childhood Supports - Psychologist, the recommended fees per session are $222.99.
When traveling to and from participant appointments, eligible workers can claim up to 30 minutes each way using the "Provider Travel" code for support. Maple Psychology will make these claims with the relevant support line item and code.
Non-face-to-face activities can be billed if they are part of providing specific disability support to a participant. These activities, also called indirect services, may include assessment scoring, creating visuals, communication (phone calls and emails) concerning the participant, ongoing program reviews, and letter writing. Indirect services can be conducted by the therapist or a therapy assistant/key worker and will be invoiced based on the non-face-to-face support provided to the participant.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid late cancellation fees.
-
Notice of a cancelled/rescheduled appointment less than 48 hours' notice incurs a 50% session fee, and less than 24 hours' notice incurs the full session fee cost. Any missed payments due to late cancellations, late rescheduling, or non-attendance must be settled before scheduling additional sessions.
Telehealth sessions (Online Teams or phone call) are available in replacement of a face-to-face session.
