Group Therapy
At Maple Psychology, our groups are designed to create opportunities for connection, learning and skill-building in a supportive and low-pressure environment. We know that traditional group settings don’t work for everyone, so our groups aim to be flexible, inclusive and neurodivergent-affirming, with space for people to participate in ways that feel comfortable for them.
Groups may focus on areas such as emotional regulation, confidence, social connection, navigating friendships, life skills, parenting and shared interests. Some groups incorporate games, creativity and hands-on activities, making it easier to learn and connect without everything relying on sitting around and talking.
Our group programs are currently in development. More information about upcoming groups, age ranges, dates and expressions of interest will be available soon.
