Grief & Loss

Making Space for Grief

Grief is a deeply personal experience that can follow the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a pregnancy, a job, health, identity, or significant life change.

There is no “right” way to grieve and no timeline that everyone follows.

At Maple Psychology, we provide a compassionate space where grief can exist without pressure to move on before you’re ready. Therapy offers opportunities to process emotions, honour what has been lost, adjust to change, and gradually discover ways to carry grief while continuing to engage with life.

Our role isn’t to take grief away, it is to support you as you learn to live alongside it with compassion and hope.

Taking the First Step Is the Beginning of Change
