Natalia is a Senior Registered Psychologist who works with children aged 8 years and over, teenagers, and adults. She brings a warm, compassionate and relationship-focused approach to therapy, creating a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what is important to them.
Natalia has particular interests in neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem and navigating life’s challenges. She takes the time to understand each person’s experiences, strengths and individual needs, recognising that therapy looks different for everyone.
Her approach is flexible and collaborative. Depending on the person sitting in front of her, sessions might involve conversation, practical strategies, creativity, activities or play. When working with children and young people, Natalia can also work alongside parents and families where helpful, supporting greater understanding and strategies that extend beyond the therapy room.
Natalia draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, trauma-informed therapy and play-based interventions. Rather than following a rigid formula, she adapts her approach to suit each client’s age, personality, preferences and goals.
Above all, Natalia believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapy. She aims to help clients feel heard and understood while building greater self-understanding, confidence and practical skills to navigate life in a way that works for them.
